Class Library Books

When the pupils have completed their work, they can go to the back of the classroom and pick a story book from the box of class library books to read. This term, our class librarians are Sean Oh, Song En and Raymie. Their duties include making sure the pupils at the back of the classroom are reading quietly and keeping the books after the reading session. So far, they are doing a really good job!

Touch-typing

The pupils went for their first ICT lesson in the computer lab. They learnt to name the different parts of a computer system (monitor, CPU, keyboard, mouse) and where to place their fingers on the keyboard to type efficiently and correctly. All the pupils were able to complete at least lesson 1 of the typing tutorial (except for Adeline who has her left arm in a bandage, so she watched a music video on animals instead!). Our school's ICT trainers, Mrs So, Ms Nur and Ms Nurul, conducted the lesson.
